Goodbye Summer, Hello Fall

Every year my family visits the small gold-mining era mountain town of Julian, CA to mark the end of summer. And every year I paint another view of the Calico Cidery in a sketchbook. For me, it is the record of a breath (of nature, peace, family) taken before the busy fall season begins.
